I have already recommended Pamela and we haven't even moved out yet! We contacted her awhile ago but due to things on our end, we had to delay putting it on the market, ie: job changes, legal tenant eviction and then renovation of that apartment. She 'held our hands' throughout ALL of the  processes, ie: listing this 2 family home, buying a new-build out of state and working with a relocation company = lots of moving parts at the same time. I've never sold a house before - let alone buy and sell at the same time. And then throw in the relocation companies guidelines, rules and regulations, etc - it could have been overwhelming - but it was not. It was a pleasure. My husband and I met Pamela at an open house she had for the house that I just bought. She was very helpful explaining everything thoroughly and we made an offer right on the spot. She was very patient and communicated with us and the loan officer a lot during the application process for mortgage  and was available for us any time when we had question about the house or the seller. Pamela was able to show us the house more than once when my daughter came back from college. She is very liable and punctual. We would definitely recommend her to our family and friends and hopefully do more business with her. She is a pleasure to deal with
