Company or their suppliers and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The Company name, and any Company products and services slogans
or logos referenced herein are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Company in the United States and/or other countries. The names of actual
third party companies and products mentioned in the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners. Any rights not expressly granted herein are
reserved.
The parties have required that the Site Terms and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English.
